Guest Experience

Greeting Team
With a big friendly smile on their face, The Greeting Team directs guests wherever they need to go and has all the information people need to take their next best steps.
Parking Team
The Parking Team makes sure every guest feels welcome as soon as they drive on our property. They are available to offer directions to our lobby and an umbrella when there’s inclement weather.
Safety Team
This team keeps Local Church safe by anticipating and responding to emergencies and/or disruptions.
Cafe Team
The Cafe Team makes sure the coffee is hot and the bagels are fresh and ready for our guests.
Facilities Team
The Facilities Team makes sure that our space looks great and is ready for guests. This includes sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and responding quickly to any cleanup needs that arise.

Room Leader
(Nursery, Pre-School, Elementary)
Room leaders are extremely passionate about creating safe and excellent environments and experiences that inspire every child to follow Jesus.

Kids Team
Kids Staff includes positions such as storytellers, check-in operators, singer/dancer, curriculum writer, event planner, etc. While each role may be different, each person on the Kids Staff is committed to creating the safest and most conducive environment for kids to be inspired to follow Jesus.

Music & Production
Inspire people to connect with God
Band Leader
The Band Leader coordinates, organizes, and implements all aspects of a service that include music, production, or creative elements of any kind. They are driven visionaries who are effective at communicating and leading people.
* You would love this position if you’re a leader who’s passionate about helping others connect with God through music.
Band Member
Band members can include Singers, Drummers, Bass guitar, Keys, Electric Guitar, Strings, etc. They are great at following the direction of the Band Leader and skillfully play songs to provide an environment where people can connect with God through music.
* You would love this position if you are passionate about using your musical talent to help others connect with God.
Production Manager
The production manager ensures that the service runs as smoothly as possible and according to plan. They are knowledgeable in all the areas of the production team and ready to provide technical support to any position at any time. The Production Manager also gives cues and prepares the team for what’s coming up next in the service.

Sound Tech
The Sound Technician loves to create the best mix possible. They look at the mixing console as an instrument they have the privilege of playing as worship to God. They take pleasure in providing support for the audio needs of the band, pastors, and all involved in the service.
* You would love this position if bringing audio excellence in high-pressure and high-demand environments is enjoyable to you.
Light Tech
The Light Technician programs and operates the stage lights in the auditorium.
* You would love this position if you appreciate creating a good vibe through excellent lighting.
Visual Tech
The Visual Technician is responsible for presenting visual, projected content used to enhance the quality of the service. Content includes lyrics, videos, images, presentations, and any other media necessary for the service. The Visual Tech is also responsible for recording, editing, and uploading the message onto our digital platforms.

Provide direct care to a person with a disability throughout a Sunday morning service.
Coach
Provide training and support to an adult volunteer with a disability.
Respite Care Provider
Participate in creating a fun and safe evening for people with disabilities while their primary care-givers have a night out.

Social Media Poster
The Social Media Poster creates “digital windows” into Local Church by posting on all of our social media platforms. They have the honor of creating the very first impression that most potential visitors will have.

Artist
The artist illustrates people and moments of Local Church through the beauty and honesty of art.
* You would love this position if your a talented artist and you think that those who are closest to the Creator should be the most creative.
Graphic Designer
The Graphic designer creates media for social media posts, sermon series, website content, etc.
* You will love this position if you’re passionate about creating excellent media on a deadline.
Photographer
The photographer takes excellent pictures of all aspects of the services and events in order to use for social media, marketing, website, etc.
* You will love this position if you enjoy telling stories through pictures.
Videographer/Editor
The videographer creates excellent videos of all aspects of the services and events in order to use for social media, marketing, website, etc.

Stewardship Team
This team has the responsibility of ensuring that the tithes and offerings of Local Church are collected, counted, and delivered to the bank with utmost integrity.
* You would love this position if you think integrity is the most essential character trait.
Small Group Leader
Small Group Leaders love to inspire people to join a community where they can live, laugh, and grow in faith together.
* You would love this position if you love hosting people and helping them connect with others and build friendships.
